Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of yellowgold.vip and the Yellow VIP Portal (the "Service") operated by Yellow Gold ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use the Service.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for all activity that occurs under your account. Keep your credentials confidential. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

Yellow Gold provides on-demand and scheduled luxury ground-transportation booking. We arrange rides between you and licensed chauffeurs. Final pricing, vehicle assignment, and driver assignment are confirmed at booking review.

4. Bookings, cancellations, and no-shows

• Bookings are confirmed once you receive a confirmation in the portal or by email.
• Cancellations made more than 4 hours before pickup are free of charge.
• Late cancellations (within 4 hours) and no-shows may be charged the full quoted fare.
• Airport pickups include a reasonable grace period after the flight's actual arrival time.

5. Payment

You authorize us to charge the payment method on file for completed rides, applicable taxes, tolls, gratuity (if elected), waiting time, and any damages caused to the vehicle during your trip. Invoices are issued through the portal.

6. Conduct

You agree not to: (a) carry illegal items; (b) damage or soil the vehicle; (c) harass or endanger the driver or other passengers; (d) consume substances prohibited by law. We may terminate a ride and your account for violations.

7. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party providers (e.g. Google Sign-In, mapping, payment, email). Your use of those features is also subject to their terms.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yellow Gold and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event, or (b) USD 100.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Yellow Gold harmless from any claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms or for conduct that risks harm to the Service, drivers, or other users.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Exclusive venue lies in the state and federal courts located in Rockland County, New York.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms by posting an updated version. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
