Yellow Gold ("we", "us", "our") operates the website yellowgold.vip and the Yellow VIP Portal (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you use the Service, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, and profile photo when you sign up or sign in (including via Google).
• Booking information: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, flight numbers, preferred driver, and any notes you provide.
• Payment information: billing details necessary to issue invoices. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed by our payment provider.
• Technical data: IP address, device type, browser, and basic usage analytics to keep the Service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your information

• To create and manage your account and authenticate you (including Google Sign-In).
• To schedule, dispatch, and complete the rides you book.
• To issue invoices and keep records required by law.
• To contact you about your bookings, account, or important service updates.
• To improve the Service and prevent fraud or abuse.

3. Google user data

When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address, profile picture, and Google account ID. We use this data solely to create and authenticate your Yellow Gold account. We do not share Google user data with third parties, use it for advertising, or sell it. You can revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

4. Sharing

We share information only with: (a) the driver assigned to your ride, limited to what is needed to perform the trip; (b) service providers who host our infrastructure, process payments, or send transactional emails on our behalf; and (c) authorities when required by law.

5. Data retention

We retain account and booking information for as long as your account is active and for up to seven (7) years after closure to comply with tax and accounting obligations.

6. Your rights

You can access, update, or delete your account information from the portal at any time, or by emailing us at privacy@yellowgold.vip. Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may also have the right to portability, restriction of processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest, role-based database access, and row-level security to protect your data. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
